PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag for a passenger seat capable of easily changing a volume in the completion of inflation.SOLUTION: An airbag 15 for a passenger seat includes a bag body 16 and a tether 32. The bag body 16 includes a passenger side wall 27 with a recess 28 and a circumferential wall 17, and the tether 32 includes a front side portion 33 at the circumferential wall 17 side and a rear side portion 37 at the passenger side wall 27 side. The front side portion 33 is configured of two sheets of a left sheet 34L and a right sheet 34R which are bifurcated from the front end of the rear side portion 33 where a rear end side is combined with the front end side of the recess 28, and the front end sides of the left sheet 34L and the right sheet 34R are combined with the left wall 20 and the right wall 21 of the circumferential wall 17, respectively by front side combining parts 41L, 41R. The front side combining parts 41L, 41R are arranged along an almost vertical direction in the completion of inflation of the bag body 16 and constitutes a volume adjusting part capable of adjusting a volume in the completion of inflation of the bag body 16 by changing length dimension. |
