PURPOSE: A food composition for enhancing the concentration of a user, and a producing method thereof are provided to prevent the sleepiness of the user during work. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a food composition comprises the following steps: pre-processing capsicum spp plants, and drying to obtain red pepper powder having different degrees on spicy taste by the content of capsaicinoid; pre-processing and drying lycium chinense, and crushing to obtain lycium chinense powder; and mixing the red pepper powder and the lycium chinense powder, and molding pills using the mixture after adding honey. |
