PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base plate made by aluminum die-casting in which particle dispersion is reduced.SOLUTION: A base plate includes: a base material made by aluminum die-casting; a resin film covering the base material; a portion where a part of the resin film and a surface layer portion of the base material are removed by machine work, and the base material surface is exposed; and a fine recess portion formed by machine work. At least the portion where the base material surface is exposed is covered with a metal film formed by plating. |
