PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating box that can reduce manufacturing cost, as well as a refrigerator provided with the same.SOLUTION: A heat insulating box 1 includes: an inner box 2 of which one face is open; an outer box 3 for covering the outside of the inner box 2; a foaming insulation 4 put into between the inner box 2 and outer box 3; and a vacuum insulation 5 provided between the inner box 2 and outer box 3. The heat insulating box 1 is provided with a projecting part 6 for projecting partly the inner surface of the inner box 2 to the outside, and the vacuum insulation panel 5 is provided on the projecting part 6. |
