A method for producing a flavor component-containing extraction liquid derived from Citrus depressa includes a step of extracting a flavor component-containing extraction liquid by a low-temperature vacuum extraction method while using the Citrus depressa as a raw material. Otherwise, a method for producing a flavor component-containing extraction liquid derived from a rutaceous plant includes a step of performing crushing, stirring, heating and decompression to the rutaceous plant in parallel at a temperature of 35-50°C.
