PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-density or high-quality flavor component-containing extraction liquid which is derived from Citrus depressa, or to obtain a high-density or high-quality flavor component-containing extraction liquid which is derived from a rutaceous plant.SOLUTION: A method for producing a flavor component-containing extraction liquid derived from Citrus depressa includes a step of performing crushing, stirring, heating and decompression to Citrus depressa in parallel at a temperature of 65°C or lower. A method for producing a flavor component-containing extraction liquid derived from Citrus depressa includes a step of extracting a flavor component-containing extraction liquid by a low-temperature vacuum extraction method while using the Citrus depressa as a raw material. Otherwise, a method for producing a flavor component-containing extraction liquid derived from a rutaceous plant includes a step of performing crushing, stirring, heating and decompression to the rutaceous plant in parallel at a temperature of 35-50°C. |
