PURPOSE: A generator installed on a mooring cable of a marine structure and a marine structure including the same are provided to generate electric energy because a first permanent magnet reciprocates along the central axis of a hollow part of a first coil due to the change of tensile force and current flows in the coil due to electromagnetic induction. CONSTITUTION: A generator installed on a mooring cable of a marine structure comprises a body, a first coil, and a permanent magnet. The body is installed on a mooring cable (10) of a marine structure, has an accommodation space inside, and transforms the shape by the change of tensile force which applies to the mooring cable. The first coil in installed inside the accommodation space and has a hollow part. The first permanent magnet is placed in the opposite side of the first coil within the accommodation space and reciprocates along the central axis of the hollow part of the first coil depending on the transformation of the body shape.
