<p>According to the present invention, a location detection means (101) detects the current location of a portable terminal device (100) and sends location information indicating the current location to a monitoring device (200). When the location information is sent from the portable terminal device (100), an adjudication means (201) decides whether or not the portable terminal device (100) is within a permitted-use range on the basis of the location information and the permitted-use range information of the portable terminal device (100) recorded in a permitted-use range storage unit (203). A remote operation means (202) sends a lock instruction to the portable terminal device (100) when the adjudication means (201) has decided that the portable terminal device (100) is not within the permitted-use range. A locking means (102) limits the use of the device (100) itself in response to the lock instruction.</p> |
