A fine carbon dispersion composition which comprises: a fine carbon-dispersing agent containing a polyimide precursor having a repeating unit represented by general formula (1) and a basic compound of 0.7 time equivalent or more to the carboxyl group in the polyimide precursor, said basic compound having a pKa of 7.5 or higher; fine carbon; and a polar solvent. In general formula (1): B represents a tetravalent unit derived from a tetracarboxylic acid component; and A represents a divalent unit derived from a diamine component.
