PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image detection device capable of imaging with a large X-ray dose and obtaining an image with less noise.SOLUTION: An X-ray image detection device includes: an X-ray image detector in which plural pixels 20 are arranged on a substrate and that converts an incident X-ray into a corresponding charge storage amount; an integration amplifier 33 that converts stored charge of each pixel into an image signal of potential information; and an image signal processing device 16 that sequentially performs offset correction processing and sensitivity correction processing on the pixel with the image signal when X-rays are incident and the image signal when X-rays are not incident used as information. The image signal processing device 16 includes an upper limit correction device for performing upper limit processing on image signals of other pixels during the offset correction processing and the sensitivity correction processing with an upper limit set at a minimum value of saturation values of image signals of the pixels.
