A black resin film which comprises a black pigment, an alkali-soluble polymer, a compound having an ethylenically unsaturated bond, and a photopolymerization initiator and which, after heated at 240ºC for 80 minutes and subsequently further heated at 300ºC for 30 minutes, has a bulk strength of 100 N/1.6 mmфor higher. Even when a high optical density has been imparted using the black pigment, this black resin film comes to have a high bulk strength through heating.
