<p>PURPOSE: A method and a device for managing a list by using a multi-touch using a drag signal are provided to easily select various lists by using a simple operation when an application selecting various lists is used in a mobile environment in which a terminal is used, thereby increasing the convenience of user. CONSTITUTION: A first touch signal with respect to a first point on a screen is sensed, and a second touch signal with respect to the second points on the screen is sensed. A drag signal of drag from the first and second points to the specific center point is sensed. When the drag signal is sensed, a square-shaped area, which has a diagonal straight line connecting the first point and the second point, is determined as a selection area. A list which is included in the selection area and displayed on the screen is displayed as a selection list.
