PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of acquiring images adjusted to a color temperature desired by a user, and to provide a white balance (WB) bracketing photographing program. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus (11-25) includes: a first calculation means (19) for calculating a WB gain B for background light on the basis of a preliminary image photographed without emitting flash light, also comparing the luminance of a main image photographed by emitting the flash light immediately after photographing the preliminary image and the preliminary image, and calculating a WB gain S for object light on the basis of the image data of an area in the main image wherein the luminance difference exceeds a predetermined threshold; a second calculation means (19) for calculating a plurality of WB gains of different values with the WB gain B, the WB gain S and a predetermined WB gain F for the flash light as reference; and generation means (19, 17) for individually applying the plurality of calculated WB gains to the main image and generating the plurality of images (bracket images) of different color temperatures.
