PURPOSE:The titled composition which can give a cured product excellent in hardness and adhesion to iron surfaces, mainly consisting of a base resin comprising a specified urethane oligomer, etc., a reactive diluent and a photopolymerization initiator. CONSTITUTION:A polyalcohol (e.g., polyethylene glycol) is reacted with a polyisocyanate (e.g., tolylene diisocyanate) at an OH/NCO molar ratio <=1 to form an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer, which is then reacted with an active hydrogen-containing (meth)acrylic monomer having at least three (meth)acryloyl groups at an OH/NCO ratio >=1 to obtain an urethane oligomer (A) having an average MW of 1,000-10,000. 10pts.wt. component A is mixed with 1-10pts. wt. reactive diluent (B) having an ethylenically unsaturated group [e.g., trimethylolpropane tri(meth)acrylate] and 0.01-10pts.wt., per 100pts.wt. total of component A and B, photopolymerization initiator (C).
