PURPOSE: A respiratory measurement method not binding a patient, a respiratory measurement device using the same, and a system thereof are provided to improve the measurement efficiency by measuring the breathing rate per unit time. CONSTITUTION: A first bar (10) and A second bar (20) are included in a main body. Between the first bar and the second bar, the abdomen of a patient is positioned. Multiple light emitting units are installed at the first bar. A light receiving module (30) is installed at the second bar. Multiple light receiving sensors are included in the light receiving module.
