PURPOSE: A fluorescent substance device, a lighting device and a projector are provided to prevent the generation of shifts in emitting wavelengths, thereby increasing the luminous intensity. CONSTITUTION: The investigation side (4) is formed on the plane section. The opposite side (5) is formed on the opposite side of the investigation side. The irradiation area (6) radiates the excitation light E to the investigation side. The above investigation side and the opposite side of the investigation side are parallel to each other. The concavo-convex shape is installed on the whole surface area of the opposite side. |
