PURPOSE: A top bracing system of a ship engine is provided to improve damping effects by installing a damping member inside of a main chamber. CONSTITUTION: A top bracing system of a ship engine comprises a cylinder (1), pistons (3, 4), a main chamber (5), an auxiliary chamber (6), a flow path (13), and a damping member (20). One end of the cylinder is coupled to a hull. The pistons are connected to a ship engine and linearly move inside of the cylinder. The main and auxiliary chambers store hydraulic fluid according to the movement of the pistons. The flow path connects the main and auxiliary chambers to each other. The damping member is formed inside of the main chamber and controls resonant frequency generated by the hydraulic fluid flowing along the flow path. |
