PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system, an image forming method and an image forming program capable of flexibly activating an image forming device in response to a print request.SOLUTION: In the image forming system, a first information processor for issuing a print instruction, a plurality of image forming devices for executing printing and a second information processor for receiving the print instruction from the first information processor and making the image forming device perform printing are connected by a network. The second information processor includes correspondence information storage means for storing a table in which the number of the print instructions received from the first information processor and the number of the image forming devices to be activated on the basis of the print instructions are made to correspond, and activation control means for activating the image forming devices for the number according to the print instructions on the basis of the table. The image forming device includes activation means controlled by the activation control means. |
