PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating device of a gear meshing type transmission in which internal backlash is reduced to improve an operation feeling of a shift lever or operational smoothness of an actuator, operation reliability is improved, and a structure around an interlock member is simplified.SOLUTION: An operating device 1 of a gear meshing type transmission includes a shift and select shaft 2, a select member (outer select lever 3) for rotating the shaft 2 around an axis, a shift member (outer shift lever 4) for moving the shaft 2 in an axial direction, a plurality of fork shafts 5, an inner lever 6 which is integrally connected to the shaft 2 to perform a select operation and a shift operation, and an interlock member 7 which regulates the movement of remaining fork shafts 5 which rotate together with the inner lever 6 and are not subjected to the select operation by the inner lever 6. The select member 3 abuts on the shift and select shaft 2 or the inner lever 6 to directly push it. |
