<p>PURPOSE: A vaccine composition is provided to derive antibody reaction against FMDV, to be safely prepared and used, and to facilitate the handling, storage, and transportation thereof. CONSTITUTION: A vaccine composition for deriving a specific immune reaction against FMDV in animals comprises the tandem repeat of the antigen epitope of FMDV capsid proteins; and a recombinant protein including FMDV 3d protein or N-terminal to C-terminal of immunogen fragment thereof. The antigen epitope of the recombinant protein is repeated 2, 3, 4, or 5 times.
