PURPOSE: A sealing maintenance underwater motor easily replacing a sealing means is provided to replace and repair a sealing means while maintaining the shaft line of rotating shaft which affects the service time of sealing means. CONSTITUTION: A motor housing (120) supports a motor module (130). The motor module includes a rotor (135) and a stator (133) rotated by power applied from outside. A motor housing cover (160) supports a rotating shaft (165) coupled to a working module (110). A sealing means (190) prevents working fluid from flowing into the motor module from the working module coupled to the rotating shaft. A sealing cover (180) includes a sealing means accommodation unit to which the sealing means is coupled.
