摘要 PURPOSE: An electrochemical energy storage structure provides a flexible battery in a new shape capable of preventing performance loss and short circuit due to bending. CONSTITUTION: An electrochemical energy storage structure comprises a substrate; a tuner-shaped nanostructure which penetrates through the cross section of one side of the substrate from a cross section of the other side of the substrate; and an electrode material which is coated on the tuner-shaped nanostructure. The substrate is a flexible substrate. The substrate is formed of a urethane-based material, a polyimide-based material, or a silica-based composite material. The tuner-shaped nanostructure is formed by a laser-interfering exposure method.
