The imaging processing part has a positioning control part 33 that has: a function to position a substrate so that an actual position of a feature point of the substrate 51 in an imaging coordinate system set on an image data imaged by imaging parts 31A-31C may position at a prescribed location of the feature point of the substrate 51 in the imaging coordinate system; and a function to calculate an actual position of the feature point of a print pattern printed in the printing part after positioning of the substrate in the imaging coordinate system on the image data imaged by the imaging part, calculates the difference of the prescribed position of the feature points of the print pattern in the imaging coordinate system and the actual position and sets the difference as a correction amount at the substrate positioning time.
