PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image browsing device in which operability at the time of issuing an instruction for scroll display of an image is enhanced.SOLUTION: An image browsing device 1 includes: a display part 3 having a display surface 13 for displaying an image; an operation part 4 having an operation surface 14 for inputting coordinates including first and second operation areas 15, 16; and a storage part 5 for storing a scroll pattern 22 indicative of a correspondence relationship between an input position in the operation surface 14 of a locus bridging the first and second operation areas 15, 16 and a scroll amount of an image. The first operation area 15 overlaps the display surface 13. When a plurality of coordinates indicative of a locus is input from the operation part 4 in response to an operation by a user, a scroll amount and a scroll direction of an image are calculated on the basis of an input position of the locus and a drawing direction of the locus as well as the scroll pattern. The display part 3 causes the image on the display surface 13 to be scroll-displayed in the calculated latest scroll direction by the latest scroll amount. |
