The invention is designed to provide improved health for the user by fostering; improved breathing and relaxation, positive smell association, calmer clearer thinking, reduced stress and anxiety, as well as providing a substitute for potentially harmful habits such as smoking, over-eating, over-drinking and other forms of drug abuse.
