PURPOSE: A mobile coupon exchange system and a method thereof are provided to provide a mobile coupon exchange ticket to a mobile communications terminal of a user, thereby preventing loss of the mobile coupon exchange ticket. CONSTITUTION: A mobile coupon exchange server unit (100) generates a mobile coupon exchange ticket including mobile communications terminal identification information and transmits the mobile coupon exchange ticket to mobile communications terminals according to the mobile communications terminal identification information. The mobile coupon exchange server unit performs authentication about exchange identification information and transmits a coupon issuing command for authorizing issue of a coupon. A mobile coupon exchange DB (30) stores the exchange identification information and mobile coupon exchange information. A web server generates a mobile coupon exchange ticket issue event. An unmanned information terminal (300-1 to 300-n) transmits an authentication request signal including the exchange identification information to the mobile coupon exchange server unit and authenticates the authentication request signal. The unmanned information terminal issues the coupon selected by a user.
