PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with a brush, capable of making a rotation speed variable even when an inter-segment voltage is reduced and a coil is wound by an intensively winding method. SOLUTION: Teeth 9 are each provided with first coils 33U-33W wound in a forward direction by the intensively winding method and second coils 34U-34W wound in a reverse direction by the intensively winding method, wherein a segment 14 is configured by two segment groups 41, 42 existing at point symmetry position centered at a rotary axis, the segments 14 having the same potential in each of the segment groups 41, 42 are short-circuited by connection lines 25a, 25b, the teeth 9 are configured by two teeth groups 46, 47 existing at point symmetry positions centered at the rotary axis, the first coils 33U-33W and the second coils 34U-34W which are wound around the same teeth groups 46 and 47 are connected to the same segment groups 41, 42 respectively, and closed circuits H1, H2 are formed one for each of the two teeth groups 46, 47.
