<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically obtain measurement values including an initial value necessary for three-dimensional shape measurement by automatically determining an erroneous corresponding point in an overlapping image. <P>SOLUTION: The shape measuring device 1 includes: image pickup parts 2 to 9 picking up images of a measurement object 18 in an overlapping image pickup area; a feature point correspondence part 21 for performing the correspondence of the positions of the feature points of the measurement object 18 picked up by the image pickup parts 2 to 9; a parallax measurement part 22 obtaining the parallax of the feature points subjected to the correspondence by the feature point correspondence part 21 in the overlapping image; a three-dimensional coordinate calculation part 23 obtaining the three-dimensional coordinates of the feature points of the measurement object 18 on the basis of the parallax obtained by the parallax measurement part 22; an erroneous corresponding point determination part 24 determining the erroneous corresponding point on the basis of the parallax obtained by the parallax measurement part 22 and the three-dimensional coordinates obtained by the three-dimensional coordinate calculation part 23 or the form of the measurement object 18 in a three-dimensional coordinate system; and a three-dimensional shape measurement part 25 obtaining the three-dimensional shape of the measurement object 18 on the basis of the positions or the like of the feature points excluding the point determined as the erroneous corresponding point by the erroneous corresponding point determination part 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
