PURPOSE: The automatic actuation of a general purpose hand extinguisher is provided to connect a push rod with a poppet stem in order to open a poppet to valve body seal, thereby activating an actuator, being connected with the push rod and fixing the push rod when fire incident is occurred. CONSTITUTION: An automatic extinguisher valve assembly comprises a valve body, a push rod, a poppet stem, a poppet to valve body seal and a poppet return spring. The push rod is arranged within the valve body. The poppet stem is perpendicularly arranged in the longitudinal axis of the push rod and placed within the valve body. The poppet to valve body seal is combined to the poppet stem and arranged within the valve body. The poppet return spring is combined to the poppet stem and arranged within the valve body. The push rod is connected to the poppet stem in order to open the poppet to valve body seal. |
