A method for the treatment of bone false joints comprises the X-ray study, osteosynthesis, determination of mutation-1 gene of nitric oxide synthase (eNOS T786C) mutations and gene exchange enzyme homocysteine - methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR C677T), identification of pathological homozygotes 786-SS and 677TT. When combined pathological homozygotes the osteometalosynthesis is carried out with obligatory bone autoplasty and Tivortin and Dekamevit courses are prescribed to consolidate debris.
