PURPOSE: A grinding wheel is provided to uniformize the adhesive force of a support plate as the other surface of the support plate is divided into inner and outer areas by an auxiliary blocking wall and an adhesive is uniformly coated on the upper surface of the support plate because the width for supplying the adhesive narrow. CONSTITUTION: A grinding wheel comprises a support plate (10) and a grinding member (20). A shaft hole (12) where a rotary shaft of a tool is mounted in the center is formed in the support plate. A plurality of adhesive inlet holes penetrating through both surfaces is made of synthetic resin or metal to be mutually separated on the circumference of the shaft hole. The grinding member is connected to one surface of the support plate with an adhesive (30). A part of the adhesive coated to one surface of the support plate is discharged to the other surface of the support plate through the adhesive inlet hole and is spreading to the circumference of the adhesive inlet hole.
