摘要 PURPOSE: An electrode paste composition is provided to manufacture an electrode with sufficient thixotropy, line width, and aspect ratio for a solar cell. CONSTITUTION: An electrode paste composition comprises 78-88 wt% of Ag, 0.1-10 wt% of butyl carbitol acetate, 0.1-18 wt% of a terpineol, 0.1-2 wt% of an ethylcelluose, 0.1-2 wt% of a glass frit, and 0.1-5 wt% of n-methyl-2-pyrrolidine. The particle size of the Ag is 10-1000 nm. The electrode paste composition includes 0.01-3 wt% of an element. An electrode paste in the electrode for a solar cell has a line width of 50-150 um, and the ratio (h/w) of the line width (w) and the thickness (h) of the electrode paste is 0.15-0.4.
