PURPOSE: A resin composition for a floor material is provided to provide a floor material capable of being applied to a floor material and an interior material by having uniform dimensional stability and heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition for a floor material comprises a polylactic acid resin, a plasticizer, and an acrylate oligomer. The polylactic acid resin is a polymer including at least one selected from L-lactic acid, D-lactic acid, L-lactide, D-lactide, L,D-lactide and D,L-lactide, as a polymerization unit. The plasticizer is a biphthalate plasticizer. The amount of the plasticizer used is 20-80 parts by weight per 100.0 parts by weight of the polylactic acid resin. The floor material includes a sheet-shaped molded product of the resin composition.
