PURPOSE: A light emitting module, and a lighting device comprising the same are provided to improve a characteristic of discharging heat. CONSTITUTION: A heat sink (110) comprises a heat radiation base (112) and multiple heat radiation fins (114) on the lower side of the heat radiation base. A translucent cover (120) is combined on the top end of the heat sink to cover the semiconductor optical device. The translucent cover is formed with an opening part which exposes the top end of the heat radiation fins. The heat radiation base is formed with an air flowing hole (1124) exposing the top end of the heat radiation fins. A print circuit board (140) is equipped on the top surface of the heat sink between the heat sink and translucent cover. Multiple semiconductor optical devices (150) are formed on the print circuit board.
