PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer capacitor capable of improving a yield while securing a predetermined insulation voltage.SOLUTION: A multilayer capacitor 10b according to one embodiment of the present invention has: an element assembly 11 made of a dielectric ceramic material; and plural first and second internal electrode layers 12, 13 opposed to each other inside the element assembly 11. The internal electrode layers 12, 13 have edges 121, 122, 131, 132 opposed to side faces S1, S2 of the element assembly 11, and edges adjacent to the side faces S1, S2 among the edges have oxidized non-conductive regions RW1, RW2. Thereby, a multilayer capacitor having side margins 16, 17 of a predetermined width (Wy) can be obtained, so as to improve a manufacturing yield of the multilayer capacitor having a predetermined insulation voltage. |
