PURPOSE: A very important person(VIP) recognition based customized medical protocol service providing method using dynamic and static properties, and a system thereof are provided to complexly use static attribute information and dynamic attribute information of a VIP, thereby increasing search accuracy for a VIP object candidate. CONSTITUTION: First image information photographed by a camera, and two or more pieces of second image information are obtained(S11). People are distinguished corresponding to each individual between the first image information and the second image information, and static attribute information and dynamic attribute information are generated corresponding to the distinguished individuals(S12). A VIP information database is inquired through the static attribute information and the dynamic attribute information, and two or more VIP candidate search results are generated(S13).
