PURPOSE: A vehicle air conditioning device is provided to easily separate a heat exchanger after separating a control unit housing as a protrusion of the control unit housing of an electric heater fixates the later portion of the heat exchanger for heating. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle air conditioning device includes an air conditioning case (110), a heat exchanger (130) for heating, and an electric heater (140). The air conditioning case forms an air passage. The heat exchanger is arranged inside the air conditioning case. The electric heater is arranged in the downstream of an air flow of the heat exchanger and heats air. The electric heater includes a heating unit heating air and control unit housing (144) controlling the heating unit. The control unit housing is partially overlapped with one side of the heat exchanger.
