The installation has an evaporator (7) and a main radiator (8) that are arranged in a case. A pulser (3) is placed in an upper portion of the case, and includes an air inlet (4), where the pulser, the evaporator and the radiator are crossed by a same median plane. A pressure reducer (14) is arranged outside the case with an apron (10). The reducer is connected to input and output connectors (7a) of the evaporator. The evaporator is directed in the case such that a side of the evaporator comprising the input and output connectors is placed with less than 5cm closer to the reducer.
