PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous plate for medical treatment, which solves problems of the thickness and bacteria growth that a conventional barrier membrane has, and has thin and fine through-holes formed therein at high density.SOLUTION: In a porous plate for medical treatment, a plurality of through-holes are formed in a thin-plate-like base material. The through-holes in the porous plate are formed by irradiation with a laser beam having a pulse width determined on the basis of a thermal diffusion length in the base material when irradiating the base material with the laser beam, and the sizes and the arrangement of the through-holes are such that the pore diameter converted to a circular hole is 1 to 50 μm, and a center-to-center distance between adjacent through-holes is 2 to 200 μm. |
