PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a testosterone secretion promotor and an antifatigue agent effective for increasing the testosterone level in a body and promoting prevention, amelioration and recovery of fatigue, a composition capable of effectively utilizing the agents in industrial use, and a method for increasing the testosterone level and preventing, ameliorating and recovering fatigue.SOLUTION: There are provided a testosterone secretion promotor, an antifatigue agent and a composition for peroral administration effective for preventing and/or ameliorating sarcopenia, osteopenia, male climacteric disorder, obesity, depression, ED, alopecia, diabetes, coronary arteriopathy, etc., and improving analgesic action, nutritional fortification, muscle building, sexual function, stamina, concentration power, and performance in sports, etc., and comprising black vinegar mash, a combination of black vinegar mash and phosphatidylserine, cereal vinegar and its mash obtained by using soybean, barley and/or brown rice as a raw material and fermenting the material, and a combination of the materials with phosphatidylserine, and a method for orally administering the agents. |
