PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rack device and an automated warehouse capable of preventing an article from being supplied and taken out in a duplicated manner in a storage space, without attaching a closing body to each storage space.SOLUTION: A rack device 10 has a shelf body 13 with a plurality of storage spaces 12 arranged therein having one side supplied with an article 11 and another side from which the article 11 is taken out, the both sides each being opened, and includes a guide member 22 installed along an outer circumference of the shelf body 13 in a plan view, and a closing body 21 to be moved by being guided by the guide member 22, the closing body 21 is disposed on one side of the shelf body 13 to close one side of a plurality of storage spaces 12, and the closing body 21 is disposed to another side of the shelf body 13 to close the other side of the plurality of storage spaces 12. |
