<p>The method involves analyzing (24) executable programs to establish a list of functions/data, and creating (26) a reduced version of shared library from archival file and the list. Source files containing functions/data are compiled so as to produce intermediate object files isolating each function/data in different sections. Links of the object files are edited so as to create a version of the library regrouping the functions/data in a same binary file. The file regrouping the object files is created. Links of executable programs referring to the library are compiled and edited.</p> |
