<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the stability of the performance of a vibration insulation device by sealing a first liquid and a second liquid having no compatibility between each other in a liquid chamber at a predetermined rate. <P>SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the vibration insulation device includes a vibration insulation device body manufacturing step of manufacturing a vibration insulation device body 20 having a first mounting member 11 and a second mounting member 12 connected to each other via an elastic body 13, a second liquid filling step of filling the second liquid L2 into a storage recessed portion 21 provided in one of a liquid chamber formation planed part 17A of the vibration insulation device body and the inside of a diaphragm, and an in-liquid assembling step of assembling the vibration insulation device body, a partition member and the diaphragm to one another in a state of putting the vibration insulation device body, the partition member and the diaphragm into the first liquid to define a main liquid chamber and a sub-liquid chamber, and then sealing the first liquid and the second liquid in the liquid chamber.
