PURPOSE: A guide unit for processing the weld bead surface of pipes is provided to maintain a state in which is attached to the outer circumferential surface of the pipe regardless of standard of the pipe by freely controlling the reciprocal width and to maintain the stability of work. CONSTITUTION: A guide unit for processing the weld bead surface of pipes comprises a beveling machine (10), a guide main body, a bidirectional screw shaft, a first guide block, a second guide block, and a pair of guide shafts (60, 60a). The first guide block is connected to the outside of a left screw by the screw and a rotary shaft support stand (41) is connected to be selectively rotated in the front surface. The second guide block is connected to the outside of a right screw by the screw and a fixed shaft support stand (51) is integrally fixed in the front surface. The guide shafts penetrate through the rotary shaft support stand and the fixed shaft support stand and are separated from the lower surface of a second linear guide plate (18) in parallel. |
