摘要

A method for the control and correction of psycho-physiological state of a sportsman comprises the simultaneous fixation of two biophysical parameters of a sportsman - bioelectric potential and electric skin resistance - at various stages of its preparation, the comparison of these figures with the data of self-estimation of the sportsmen of its emotional state and formation of ability to influence on its own psycho-physiological state.
