PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TFM motor that can be used in a wide speed range from a low rotation region to a high rotation region.SOLUTION: In a TFM motor, a stator 11 of each phase is configured so that a large number of C-shaped stator iron cores 111 opened in a direction of rotation centers are aligned radially from the rotation center, and torus-shaped armature coils 112 penetrate through openings of all of the stator iron cores. A rotator 12 of each phase is configured so that a large number of rotator iron cores 121 are radially aligned as rotation centers, and that plural permanent magnets 14 are arranged in two lines such that N-poles and S-poles alternately appear in a circumferential direction on outer peripheries of the large number of rotator iron cores and the two permanent magnets opposed to each other in an axial direction appear in pair of an N-pole and an S-pole. Variable magnetic force permanent magnets 142 are used for the pair of N-pole and S-pole permanent magnets at a position where the permanent magnets 14 are spaced at a predetermined equal interval in the circumferential direction. A current larger than the current flowing in the armature coils 112 during a pulse-like normal operation is made to flow to vary a magnetization direction and magnetism, and maintain the varied magnetization direction and magnetism. |
