PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finned heat transfer tube that can suppress breakage of fins while suppressing fluid resistance and keeping a heat transfer coefficient high, and to provide a heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A finned heat transfer tube includes a tube 2, and one layer of a belt-like member 11 provided on an outer periphery of the tube 2 spirally around a tube axis. The belt-like member 11 has a plurality of cuts 11c which are formed at at least one outer edge part 11a and extend toward the other outer edge part 11b, and also has a deformed part 12 provided at at least the one outer edge part 11a at a predetermined interval. |
