PURPOSE: A kit for sorting stem cells is provided to inhale fluid at an upper body through a fluid channel without contamination, and to perform a whole process with one kit. CONSTITUTION: A kit(100) for sorting stem cells comprises: an upper body(110), a lower body(120), a separation stick(140), and lower cap(150). The upper body has a neck part(110a) which is narrow at the lower portion and comprises an upper receiving space(S1) and a lower receiving space(S2). The lower body has a receiving space which is fluid-communicated with the lower receiving space, and is separately coupled with the neck part. The separation stick is elevated through the upper body and blocks connection between the upper and lower receiving spaces by closing the upper end of the neck part. The lower cap is coupled to the lower body and closes the receiving space of the lower body. The volume of the receiving space is variable by lifting and lowering the lower cap. |
