PURPOSE: A high speed train is provided to reduce the weight of a vehicle body by applying lift force while driving, and to increase the stability of a vehicle as the adhesive power between wheels and rails is increased by applying down force to a bogie. CONSTITUTION: In a high speed train, a longitudinal cross section of a vehicle body(100) is an airplane wing shape and spoilers are installed by foldable brackets in both sides of a bogie. Wheels installed in the bogie are larger to form a large space between the vehicle body and the ground. The bogie has an active suspension device.
