PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily discharge solid from a liquid receptor of an electrode plate hanged into an electrolytic cell in an electrolytic copper refinery process.SOLUTION: A liquid receiving device of an electrode plate includes: a liquid receptor for receiving electrolytic solution and/or solid contained in the electrolytic solution, which is dripped from the electrode plate hanged from an electrolytic cell in an electrolytic copper refinery process, above the electrolytic cell; a horizontally moving device for moving the liquid receptor in the horizontal direction; and a tilt-turning device for tilt-turning the liquid receptor.
