PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation suppressed in gastrointestinal tract disorders due to a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug such as indomethacin, namely, a formulation which (i) stably keeps indomethacin in the gastric juice, (ii) suppresses gastrointestinal tract disorders, and besides (iii) efficiently transfers indomethacin from the gastrointestinal tract to blood.SOLUTION: There is provided a conjugate between a polymerized cyclic nitroxide radical compound and a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, wherein the polymerized cyclic nitroxide radical compound is represented by general formula (I), PEG-CNR (wherein PEG is a poly(ethylene glycol)-containing segment, and CNR a polymer segment containing repeating units containing as a part of a pendant group a cyclic nitroxide radical bonded to the polymer main chain through a connecting group containing at least one ether bond), and the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug causes gastrointestinal tract disorders when orally administered. |
